Return Policy

We offer a unique 270 day guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we would be happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 270 days, provided you have your original receipt and the item is in the same condition in which you received it (original packaging, tags attached). Before shipping the item back to us, please contact us (using the form on our contact page) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed, however you will not be charged for the shipping of your exchange. If you live in the area you might consider bringing the item in to our store personally for return/exchange to save on shipping costs.
